I specialize in rebuilding a life after recovery from addiction. If you are just breaking free from a life of dependency and feel like you don't know where to begin, let's talk. I know what it feels like to be alienated and cast out. I know how difficult it can be to start again. I felt alone and ashamed. I often felt like I wasn't worth it. If self doubt prevents you from taking the next step to a richer life? With my help you can expect guidance and support to help you move into your full potential and discover for yourself the right course of action for your life. How to reconnect and find joy in everyday life. We can start with just the one free session and if you feel like you are benefiting from our sessions then we can book a package or continue with one session at a time until you no longer feel you need my services.
